USER DATA & DATA DELETION
1. We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Platform to manage the performance of the Platform, as well as data relating to your use of the Platform. Although we perform routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the platform. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
2. Aside from data published by you on your store, we also keep your personal data such as your name, phone number, and contact details, for your identification and public promotion purposes in accordance with sections 9 – 11 hereabove.
If you wish to delete user account data, you have to request us to delete your account. Subject to your Shopnest user account being no longer required in the future, please send your request with the account registered email to [email protected]. Your account will be deleted and all data will no longer be saved.
